Our Programs
Sudbury Extended Day operates in seven locations to serve the working families of the Sudbury Public Schools. Programs are located in all 4 elementary schools, Curtis Middle School and two satellite locations.
First Parish Church is home to the afternoon program for Noyes’ kindergarten and first graders and Saint Elizabeth’s Church holds the afternoon program for Nixon’s kindergarten and first graders.

Morning Programs
Haynes, Loring, Nixon and Noyes Schools: 7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.
Curtis Middle School: 7:00 a.m. – 8:25 a.m.
Afterschool Programs
Haynes, Loring, Nixon, Noyes, First Parish and St Elizabeth’s: 2:25 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Haynes, Loring, Nixon, Noyes, First Parish and St Elizabeth’s (Early Release Wednesday): 11:45 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Curtis Middle School: 3:10 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Curtis Middle School (Early Release Wednesday): 12:45 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Holiday and Vacation Program
SED offers programs on selected days when the Sudbury Public Schools are closed. Please consult the SED calendar and the SPS calendar for information on which days schools are closed.
SED typically offers programs on Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Indigenous People’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Teacher Professional Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, and Good Friday.
SED offers programs for four days during the February School Vacation Week and four days during the April School Vacation Week for an additional fee. The programs are held at Peter Noyes Elementary School and are open to all currently registered students in grades K-8. Various special activities and field trips are planned. On these days, we open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 5:30 p.m.
Space is limited for all holiday and vacation week programs. Registration is on a first come first served basis.
